Q: How long has 24KT been in business?
A: More than 30 years.

Q: What type of cameras do you use?
A: Standard and High Definition cameras, all Sony products. Most recently we've added Sony's EX-1 for outstanding, wide-screen HD quality.

Q: Is a DVD included with the video packages?
A: Yes, always.

Q: Are you doing HDV? (High Definition Video)
A: Yes, most definitely, and the picture quality is imcomparable. In fact the quality is so high that we can make outstanding photo prints from the video itself. Click here to read more about HD video production.

Q: Do you require a contract and deposit?
A: Yes, always. It's the customer's guarantee of service.

Q: When are balances due?
A: No later than 2 weeks before the event takes place.

Q: What if I have to postpone my event?
A: Deposits carry over to the new date.

Q: Do your DJs take requests?
A: Yes, always. Playing a client's requests is always a priority.

Q: Do your DJs announce events?
A: Absolutly! All 24KT DJs are outstanding MCs.

Q: Do your DJs do anything else besides play music?
A: All 24KT DJs are energetic party motivators with many mixers and ice-breakers to perk up a party.

Q: How do your DJs dress?
A: Strictly formal.

Q: Can I have the unedited material from my video?
A: Yes, those arrangements can be made.

Q: Does the Wayfarers Chapel Multi-Camera program include my reception?
A: No, though it's very common for us to be asked to tape the reception as well. It's done frequently and permits you to have everything of consistent quality and on a single DVD.

Q: How long before I get my edited video?
A: Generally 6-8 weeks; sooner whenever possible.

Q: Will I get the DJ I ask for.
A: Yes, his name is on the contract.

Q: Why are you so expensive? I found companies that charge much less than you do.
A: Look at their work, look at ours; the answer will become very apparent.
